This webinar, hosted by the FAOG HR Committee, will present highlights and trends in compensation and benefits in the foundation sector from the most recent Croner Compensation Survey of Foundations. It will explore demographic and compensation trends, prevailing benefits and retirement practices provides and compensation trends and major focuses of compensation and benefits initiatives in the sector. In addition, it will provide practical advice around creating equitable and transparent pay programs. The webinar speakers will be Hali Croner, President & CEO, and Sam Syde, Consultant, of The Croner Company.
