Event Description
Texas and New Mexico FAOG members will meet September 26 and 27, 2018 in beautiful Santa Fe NM. A special hotel rate of $189/night is available at La Fonda on the Plaza (this hotel block expires on September 4), which is walking distance from the meeting location.
Items on the agenda include a three hour demo of Foundant’s Community Suite, feedback from two community foundations who have converted to Foundant, Tax and Accounting Update by Moss Adams New Mexico office, HR Hot Topics discussion with an HR attorney, a presentation on investment performance reporting and sustainable spending policies by Mason Investment Advisory Services, and plenty of time for open discussion with topics to include strategic planning, cost analysis, new accounting reporting standards, separately managed investments and consolidated reporting, workflow process management, financial reporting, fund statements, complex assets, and more! We will also be touring and experiencing Meow Wolf and learning details of this impact investment of the Santa Fe Community Foundation.
