This webinar, hosted by the FAOG Accounting Practices Committee (APC) and featuring Jocelyne Miller from Deloitte Tax LLP as the speaker, will focus on the content of the proposed Donor Advised Funds (DAF) regulations through the lens of sponsoring organizations maintaining or considering establishing new DAFs. We will discuss the proposed regulations’ impact to current and planned DAF operations, key stakeholders’ comments directed to the Treasury Department on the proposed regulations, the current state of the tax law surrounding DAFs, and some of the open questions awaiting answers in future DAF regulations. 

Participants will earn 1.0 CPE Credit. In order to be awarded the full credit, you must respond to the polling questions asked during the program.



FAOG is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
