Join compensation experts Hali Croner and Sam Syde for an in-depth look at the latest insights from the Croner Compensation Survey of Foundations. About Our Speakers

This webinar is hosted by the FAOG HR Practices Committee and led by Hali Croner, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Croner Company, and Sam Syde, Senior Consultant at The Croner Company.

Hali Croner has more than 35 years of consulting experience in compensation design and implementation. She partners with senior management and Boards of Directors at media, digital, entertainment, and software gaming companies, as well as grantmaking foundations and nonprofits, to create and enhance lasting compensation programs.

As a strategic advisor, Hali works with clients to craft market-based pay solutions that strengthen competitive advantage amid evolving labor markets, growth phases, acquisitions, and other emerging challenges. She collaborates closely with Compensation Committees to advise on executive compensation trends and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Hali also leads The Croner Company’s benchmarking surveys and facilitates sector-specific roundtable forums. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Sam Syde joined The Croner Company in 2015 and leads consulting engagements for mission-based organizations, including philanthropic foundations, nonprofits, and non-governmental organizations. His expertise includes the review and development of staff, executive, and board compensation programs, as well as the articulation of compensation philosophies for organizations with uniquely hybrid talent markets.

He also leads special studies on internal pay equity, career architecture, incentive programs, benefits, and custom surveys.

 

 FAOG is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
