Continuous improvement does not always require a major transformation. Often, the most meaningful results come from small, intentional changes that reduce friction, improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience. In this interactive session, participants will explore how to build a culture that embraces continuous improvement and learn practical techniques for identifying opportunities for change within existing processes. The discussion will focus on distinguishing between micro and macro changes, recognizing common indicators that a process may need review, and using simple evaluation tools such as RACI matrices, the Eisenhower Method, and process reviews to determine the appropriate course of action. Through real-world examples, attendees will see how small adjustments, such as streamlining workflows, reducing handoffs, clarifying ownership, and leveraging technology, can create significant organizational impact. The session will also address the importance of maintaining critical compliance and internal control requirements, establishing a process review cadence, and communicating changes effectively across the organization. By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical strategies and actionable ideas they can apply immediately to drive continuous improvement within their own teams and organizations. In order to be awarded the full credit, you must participate live, be logged in individually with the name they registered under shown, respond to the polling questions asked during the program and complete the evaluation form following the session.
