The mentorship program aims to connect new community foundation staff with seasoned professionals in the industry. The program will assist in transferring knowledge, skills, and industry insights, creating a supporting framework for communication, learning, and retention. 

Mentee Eligibility: Ideal for professionals who are new to the community foundation field or in their role 4 years or less.

Mentor Eligibility: Open to professionals with 5 or more years of experience in community foundation finance, administration, operations, or leadership roles.
